Unlimited domestic calling on the business plan covers calls from an activated 24Ring business line to ordinary landline and mobile numbers across all 50 U.S. states. It is intended for normal, person-to-person business voice conversations.
Unlimited calling does not provide unrestricted shared-line or automated calling capacity. Unless separately agreed in writing, this plan is not intended for call centers, telemarketing centers, auto-dialing, robocalls, bulk or sustained high-volume outbound campaigns, continuously connected audio lines, resale, or pooling traffic for other organizations. Please discuss a suitable plan before activation if you need these uses.
International destinations, U.S. territories, premium and special-service numbers, and directory assistance are outside this unlimited calling offer. SMS allowances, numbers, equipment, taxes and other services or charges are confirmed separately in your written quote and service agreement. This offer does not include unlimited SMS.
If usage suggests fraud, automation, shared resale or a pattern inconsistent with ordinary business conversations, we will review it and contact the customer to discuss an appropriate plan. Any necessary fraud-prevention measures or service changes are governed by applicable law and the service agreement.
